SECURITY AGENCY VOWS "WAR CRIMINALS" TARGET
Captain Otto Dietrich, supreme police investigator arriving with the C.U.R.B armada from Proxima Centauri, said today that those responsible for the Misfortune of a decade ago "would have to pay for their crimes" before the bar of Centaurian justice.
